THROUGH THE SUPREME DECREE N° 3747, AND THE MINISTERIAL RESOLUTION N° 1373/18 OF DECEMBER 14, 2018, ESTABLISHES THE BASELINE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE SECOND BONUS CALLED "EFFORT TO BOLIVIA". THEREFORE, IN ORDER TO INFORM THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL, IS THAT WE HAVE THIS ARTICLE WITH THE MOST SALIENT FEATURES OF THE BONUS 2018.
Who benefits?
Benefit of the second aguinaldo workers in the public sector, public corporations, and public entities subject to the General Law of the Job whose salary does not exceed Bs. 15,000.00. In the private sector, the payment of the bonus, whose salary is equal to or greater than the Bs. 15,000.00 is optional. Therefore, the employer is not obliged to make the payment. Furthermore, to receive this benefit, employees must have served for a minimum of three (3) months of uninterrupted, and the laborers for a calendar month in the present management.
Application of the incentive to the consumption of products made in Bolivia.
The fifteen percent (15%) of the total amount of the second bonus will be devoted to the consumption of products made in Bolivia. The following are exempt from this obligation to the beneficiaries who receive a total win up to one minimum wage (Bs. 2,060.00).
Also, producers who want to benefit from these purchases compulsory need to register, either digitally or face-to-face with the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy.
However, these purchases mandatory should be made through mobile wallets or virtual, in which workers will receive 15% of your second bonus. This application is expected to be available early in January. Deadline to make the payment
The public sector must make the payment until December 31, 2018. The private sector still need to pay until 31 December 2018; however, it may extend the same to the march 29, 2019, upon the request of the employer addressed to the Ministry of Labour.
