Estas salas tendr\u00e1n dependencia funcional de Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional (TPC), buscando baja la carga procesal y brindar una atenci\u00f3n especializada y eficaz de las acciones de defensa de los derechos fundamentales.<\/p>\n
