Con respecto a empresas y establecimientos laborales creados o reabiertos con posterioridad al 31 de mayo, estas deber\u00e1n presentar sus protocolos en el plazo m\u00e1ximo de 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.\n\nAsimismo, las empresas e instituciones publicas y privadas deber\u00e1n presentar e implementar el Protocolo Especifico de Bioseguridad, acorde a sus caracter\u00edsticas propias en el marco de los Protocolos de Bioseguridad, Ley General de Higiene, Seguridad Ocupacional y Bienestar N\u00b0 16998 de 02 de agosto de 1972 en sus Arts. 38 y 39, y la Ley N\u00b0 1293 de 01 de abril de 2020, Art. 8.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb width=\u00bb100%\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbet_body_layout\u00bb][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbet_body_layout\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb custom_margin=\u00bb||||false|false\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbet_body_layout\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p>With respect to the Specific Protocol of biosafety and Biosecurity, this shall be prepared by a professional or technician is enabled on the National Register of Professionals and Technicians in hygiene, Safety and Occupational Medicine of Work, which should be able to establish guidelines for the protection of the health and safety of the operational and administrative staff of the company or establishment to work.<\/p>\n<p>The protocol should address, as a minimum, the objectives, scope, responsibilities, measures of prevention, contingency measures for suspected cases and positive of Covid-19, allowing companies to add additional measures such as the HIRA array (hazard identification, risk assessment and determination of controls), monitoring, trainings and other studies.<\/p>\n<p>The Specific Protocol of Biosafety must be registered through the \u201cDigital Form of Registration of the Biosecurity Protocols enabled on the platform on the Institutional website of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social welfare, and must include the following:<\/p>\n<p>With respect to the companies or public and private institutions that have branches or divisions, these should submit the biosafety protocol specific for each one of them.<\/p>\n<p>The breach in the presentation of the Biosafety Protocol Specified within the allotted time, will lead to the generation of a report addressed to the Governments of Municipal Self-government according to its jurisdiction for the purpose of proceeding to the suspension of the operating license if applicable, by violating the right to life and health of the population.<\/p>\n<p>The public entities that fail to comply with the presentation of the protocol, subject to prior verification report of the M. T. E. P. S., shall submit to an administrative process to those public servants who are responsible for the implementation of such protocols, considering his failure to a lack of administrative.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificate of Registration Required by the Employer, and<\/li>\n<li>Protocol in PDF format, signed by the employer and\/or legal representative and the professional or technician responsible for the preparation of the document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With respect to the companies or public and private institutions that have branches or divisions, these should submit the biosafety protocol specific for each one of them.<\/p>\n<p>The breach in the presentation of the Biosafety Protocol Specified within the allotted time, will lead to the generation of a report addressed to the Governments of Municipal Self-government according to its jurisdiction for the purpose of proceeding to the suspension of the operating license if applicable, by violating the right to life and health of the population.<\/p>\n<p>The public entities that fail to comply with the presentation of the protocol, subject to prior verification report of the M.
