Arbitration and Conciliation

We offer our customers the opportunity to resolve private disputes outside of the judicial system and using the rules chosen by the parties. We represent and defend our clients in arbitrations and conciliations national and international (ICC, ICDR, AAA, ICSID, UNCITRAL). The team of conciliation and arbitration of the Firm has considerable experience in the field of dispute resolution alternatives. We advise clients on how to incorporate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in their business practices everyday. We work with clients to prepare contractual provisions, procedures, and guidelines on the use of arbitration and mediation to resolve commercial disputes and internal affairs.
