Our arbitration and conciliation team has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution. We advise clients on incorporating ADR into day-to-day business practices and work with them to prepare contractual provisions, procedures and guidelines for using arbitration and conciliation to resolve commercial disputes and internal matters.
