We represent employers in virtually all major industries in the corporate sector, advising every aspect of the compliance of labour laws, social benefits, litigation, security in the workplace, immigration, and issues related to the non-competition/trade secrets. We represent our clients in all legal aspects related to the worker, both in industrial disputes, as in matters of traditional labor. We address the challenges of the workplace with an understanding of the business of our customers and the competitive pressures and regulatory unique, industry-specific in that they cover. We identify proactively the risks and develop strategies and solutions to help employers avoid litigation and other disputes of employees, including those involving the trade unions, or organized campaigns.
