Benjamin Reinicke Ostria is a partner at Reinicke Ostria, a lawyer admitted to practise in Bolivia and a New York Bar candidate in the United States. He has more than 11 years of experience in corporate law and international transactions, advising on business decisions and transactions connecting Bolivia with other markets.
His practice encompasses corporate matters, foreign investment, international trade and arbitration, combining legal analysis with an understanding of each transaction’s commercial context. He holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, complementing his international perspective and focus on negotiation.
